It’s been an absolute honor to work with NEON, an upcoming nostalgic pop band made up of incredibly talented musicians. I did my first photography gig for them back in April, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of capturing multiple shows and creative projects alongside this amazing group of artists.

This was a special one. NEON, a band that hadn’t even released any music yet, performed in front of hundreds of people at SAIL Amsterdam, one of the city’s biggest festivals. Before the show, I designed a promotional poster in the SAIL Amsterdam style using Adobe Illustrator, which the band used to announce their performance on social media.
During the event, I captured their energetic live set through photography and the band loved the end product.

This show will always be a memorable one. It was my first concert photography gig, and I couldn’t have asked for a better band to capture. They performed at the Melkweg in Amsterdam.
Being behind the camera for this performance was an incredible experience and the start of many creative collaborations with the band that followed.

Our collaboration began when a friend recommended me to the band. At the time, it was just meant to be a single photoshoot in Rotterdam. We spent the day exploring different ideas and captured a wide range of creative shots that really reflected the band’s vibe.
That shoot marked the start of an ongoing collaboration, leading to many exciting projects and live shows together since.
